Transwoman (MTF, MtF or M2F)

A male-to-female transsexual is an individual born into a male anatomy but possessing a female gender. For this individual "crossdressing" is not a source of comfort or used as a fetish, it's just part of their gender. There are three claddifications of transsexual: pre-op, post-op and non-op.

Pre-op or pre-operation transsexuals are those who have not had genital transforming surgery. They may be in the process of saving up for the procedure or they may just be beginning transition, but sooner or later will opt fro the surgery to transform their penis into a vagina.

Post-op or post-operation transsexuals are those who have had the operation. Most often, once the operation is healed it is virtually impossible to tell the post-op from a genetic woman. Many post-ops report that the vagina, and most especially the clitoris are sensate and capable of orgasm.

Non-op or non-operation transsexuals are those who deem the genital altering surgery a non-necessity. Most are happy with their bodies and will live the totality of their lives as women. In many cases, non-ops forego the surgery simply because it is extremely expensive.
