Pre-Op Transsexual

An individual whose gender identity does not match the sex that was assigned to them at birth. This individual is persuing the surgery/surgeries to create new genitalia. This individual is going through a process referred to as "transition" in order to gradually assimilate into desired gender. This individual may also be persuing a hormonal regiment to adapt their body to acquire traits of the opposite gender.
