Post-Op Transsexual

An individual whose gender identity did not match the sex that was assigned to them at birth. This individual has persued the surgery/surgeries to create new genitalia and has completed the operation. This individual may also have persued a hormonal regiment to adapt their body to acquire traits of the opposite gender. Hormonal regiments and facial/body alterations are not entirely necessary to be a post-op transsexual.
